Zarządzanie oprogramowaniem

SAM-puzzle

Dlatego też SAM stało się osobną dziedziną IT.

  • Przygotowywanie norm i procedur zarządzania oprogramowaniem
  • Regulacja wewnętrznych procesów
  • Outsourcing w obszarze umów i przepisów
Systemy SAM

Dane objęte badaniem ulegają bowiem zmianie, szybko się dezaktualizują, tymczasem wiele operacji firmowych wymaga dokładnych i aktualnych informacji o sprzęcie i oprogramowaniu.

Właśnie dlatego IPR-Insights rekomenduje wprowadzenie wygodnego systemu administracji w celu wdrożenia i utrzymania efektywnego zarządzania oprogramowaniem. IPR-Insights świadczy następujące usługi związane z systemem:

  • Dostarczenie systemu zarządzania oprogramowaniem
  • Wprowadzenie systemu zarządzania oprogramowaniem
  • Obsługa i wsparcie systemu zarządzania oprogramowaniem
  • Identyfikacja nieznanego oprogramowania

Nasz zastrzeżony system SAM został stworzony z uwzględnieniem obowiązujących norm i zaleceń oraz praktycznej wiedzy wyniesionej z wielu audytów i projektów SAM.

Optymalizacja zaopatrzenia
Wsparcie audytu
Przeglądy licencji
Przygotowanie do audytu producenta

W przeciwieństwie do nieoczekiwanych kosztów audytów producentów oprogramowania, proaktywne zarządzanie oprogramowaniem można włączyć do budżetów IT i skutecznie zmniejszyć zarówno ryzyko, jak i koszty licencji.

Wsparcie eksperckie w trakcie audytu producenta
Otrzymanie zawiadomienia o audycie zwykle powoduje duże poruszenie w organizacji.

  • Audit Protection for Microsoft
  • Audit Protection for Oracle

Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, jeśli firma chce uzyskać kwalifikację ISO dotyczącą określonego działania, pierwszym krokiem jest ocena faktycznego stanu, przygotowanie do wprowadzenia i wprowadzenia normy. Następnie następuje ocena i certyfikacja systemu.

Doradztwo prawne w zakresie oprogramowania

It should not be overlooked in enterprise software asset management that software is intellectual property subject to special legal provisions. An up-to-date understanding of these features implies a specialization that is often not in the possession of even well-qualified by lawyers or corporate lawyers. It cannot be ignored either that legal expertise is worthless without the knowledge of the technology involved and reliable data.

The IPR-Insights legal team has up-to-date knowledge and extensive experience in software copyright, vendor license agreements, free software terms of use, licensing and vendor reviews, and in general, the civil and criminal aspects of compliant software use, and they receive widespread support from IPR-Insights Operator and Development Team.

In order to properly manage the legal risks associated with your software tools and minimize their financial and reputational impact, it is worth relying on software lawyers’ support. IPR-Insights consultants offer you the following services:

  • Legal advisory related to software copyright
  • Editing, reviewing, licensing software use (licensing) contracts
  • Representation of users in software vendor audits, user-side management of software vendor audits (communication with vendor and auditor, handling of data provision, privacy and confidentiality issues, resolution of identified incompliances, risk management)
  • Identifying and neutralizing FLOSS licensing risks using freeware
  • Software license transfer review, license agreement due diligence review
  • Consultancy with regard to the sale and purchase of second-hand software licenses, risk identification, and neutralization, documentation verification, and preparation.

Zsoldos Sándor

He is one of the founders of IPR-Insights.

Working for the biggest software producer in the world, he figured that the modern version of the old phrase saying "set a thief to catch a thief" is "get a thief as a consultant to catch a thief" (obviously, we would not like to hurt anyone's feelings, we can't help the phrase goes like that - ed.).

In his spare time, he does woodworking (at learner level), takes photos (fairly well), or reads books (quite well). He doesn't have more spare time as he's the proud father of three beautiful children.
