In 2007, the HTCC Group merged its products and services under the „Invitel” brand name. The member companies of the dynamically growing Group (Hungarotel Zrt., Pantel Kft., HTCC Kft., V-holding Zrt. and Euroweb Zrt.) merged into Invitel Távközlési Zrt. with effect from 1 January 2008. The Group became Hungary’s number one alternative network provider and second largest among the country’s fixed-line service providers. They asked us to assist them in making IT device inventory, standardization of processes and developing up-to-date easy-to-adopt software asset management processes.
